Gildo Katz is an experienced psychoanalyst. He has been practicing his craft for decades. As an author, he is equally far from a novice, having already published a significant number of articles in psychoanalysis journals, as well as at least two books, in partnership with his colleague and friend Gley Costa.
Recently, Gildo presented us with a substantial book entirely his own, where even the title flows unhurriedly: Dimensions of Psychoanalysis — From the Art of Clinical Practice to Theory, Culture, and Future Perspectives. In the introduction, he expresses that he himself was surprised by this individual output, which he also attributes to an effect of the isolation resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.
