The body — the turmoil of the diferences — a metapsychological approach. The theoretical body cannot be excluded

This essay is a composition comprised by notes from the metapsychology of the body, the psychoanalytical theoretical framework, and the culture. The first chord was played by the theme of the 30th Brazilian Psychoanalyses Congress (2025), “Sexuality, the turmoil of the differences”, and the invitation to join the discussion panel entitled “Body — the turmoil of the differences — a metapsychologic approach”. Freud’s text Some Physical Consequences of the Anatomical Distinction Between the Sexes (1925) was the inspiration for the theme of this congress and it has also allowed this essay to be thought and written, where new approaches to Freud’s text and the metapsychology of the body are proposed along with Laplanche, Green, Roussillon, Anzieu and Paim Filho. Chico Buarque can be heard along the whole text, as the culture goes through the sexuality, the subjectivity and the psychoanalytic thought.
