Manejo dos distúrbios apáticos do vínculo transferencial

O fenômeno da transferência, analisado dentro de um contexto lingüístico e psicossocial, é reconceituado como um significante em busca de significado e parte da dinâmica do processo primário do pensar. Ressalta-se como fenômeno básico da construção da vida simbólica, assim como é enfatizado seu papel essencial na intervenção psicanalítica. Os distúrbios da transferência, especialmente os apáticos, são destacados como situações bloqueadoras e impeditivas do processo psicanalítico, fundamentais para alimentar resistências. Também é destacado que tais distúrbios são sintomas de dificuldades no vínculo terapêutico. Cinco exemplos clínicos ilustram a argumentação bem como apresentam soluções técnicas.
