Resumo

Muchas gracias a la SPBdePA por la invitación para hablar sobre mi trabajo dentro de una clínica de los prejuicios, específicamente sobre el impacto que la homotransfobia y el racismo tienen dentro del quehacer psicoanalítico (es decir, teoría, clínica e investigación), así como dentro de las instituciones psicoanalíticas. Desde un perspectiva norteamericana, se piensa que es a partir de la muerte de George Floyd, en Estados Unidos, que se han vuelto visibles reacciones políticas y comunitarias donde se legitiman las protestas en contra de sistemas sociales opresivos que priorizan a unas personas sobre otras. En el psicoanálisis, históricamente hemos entrado a hablar de estos temas: Justicia social, racismo, opresión, pero no hemos reconocido desde dentro, desde lo institucional. Lo podemos pensar desde los márgenes, no desde dentro de la institución. [...]
