Memória de mágoas

Abstract

In “Memória de mágoas” (Memory of complaints), the author develops the ideaof a memory that keeps the “narcissistic wounds” registered in the construction of the psychological system. He argues that this “wounded memory” reappears in the transference as a repetition and, some times, with un undesirable intensity. He finishes his paper asking abouth the possibilities of healing or elaboration of these castrating marks attached to the memory in the therapeutic process, showing a feasible way through the work about mourning that these complaints condense.
