We feel discomfort in culture with its manifestations that strongly affect the reactive attitude to psychoanalysis, either in a social imaginary as the analysts themselves. The psychoanalytic session sets a no space place and timeless scenery, determined by an abstinent frame. Abstinence promotes frustration and installs both transference and tragic-incestuous positioning, whose protagonists are analyzed and analyst. We consider transference and countertransference, both intrapsychic and transference over analyst’s person, who happens to be representation that becomes an original object, subject of transference love and negative therapeutic reaction, imposing the analysis of countertransference. The intensity of the transference of buried, actual contents, with somatic quality, recalls a current, experiential transference and extends the analysis of actual pathologies.
