Abstract

The author points out that in marital relationships in which one member has psychosomatic manifestations, dominates a fundamental narcissistic operation that generates fusional and adhesive interactions, in which the individuality become undefined and in place of a intersubjectivity, there has been a transubjectivity. The theoretical focus of these pathologies is the current and traumatic neuroses, in which predominates a toxic condition, whose clinical manifestation is automatic anxiety. To account for these diseases, it must be the need for a reference so as to increase psychoanalysis for a mind whose logic is not the pleasure-displeasure of a represented erogeneity, but the tension-relief discharges, obviously, much more primitive.
