Abstract

The article examines the omission of sibling relations of incest and hatred in psychoanalytic theory. It proposes a so-called “Law of the Mother” that prohibits the child’s fantasies of procreation and the transgression of this in the hysteria. The “Law of the Mother” instantiates seriality – one can be the same and different from lateral relations.
