Crossing the darkness / Routes of slavery and subjectivity

Slaves were goods, things. And they were subjected to a breeder as if they were animals. In this article, the author details aspects of our slavery history and its psychic impregnation of the Brazilian-being. A Hegelian reference is taken, the dialectic of the Lord and the Slave, with an important comment by Lacan on jouissance. And the concept of “Trauma originating from oligarchic subjection” is commented, as a tool to enter into the intimacy of our slavery “vocation”.
