A inversão de papéis na dinâmica de transferência-contratransferência

Em um âmbito clínico-teórico focado na dinâmica da transferência-contratransferência, os autores refletem acerca da inversão de papéis e em por que este fenômeno foi negligenciado na literatura por tanto tempo. Este processo inter-intrapsíquico primitivo, frequentemente na vanguarda da nossa prática, será discutido em suas características principais (a identificação inconsciente do paciente com as defesas e a cultura psíquica dos pais e a concomitante dissociação no analista de aspectos de sofrimento do ser infantil), demonstrando como a “colocação em cena dupla” pode ser um elemento inevitável que, trazendo para o jogo as relações-objeto dissociadas do passado, se torna uma fonte de compreensão transformadora.
