La inversión de papeles en la dinámica de la transferencia-contratransferencia

Resumen

En un ámbito clínico-teórico, focado en la dinámica de la transferencia-contratransferencia, los autores reflexionan acerca de la inversión de papeles y en por que ese fenómeno fue negligenciado en la literatura por tanto tiempo. Ese proceso inter-intrapsíquico primitivo, frecuentemente en la vanguardia de nuestra práctica, será discutido en sus características principales (la identificación inconsciente del paciente con las defensas y la cultura psíquica de los padres y la concomitante disociación en el analista de aspectos de sufrimiento del ser infantil), demostrando como la “doble puesta en escena” puede ser un elemento inevitable que, trayendo para el juego las relaciones-objeto disociadas del pasado, se convierte en una fuente de comprensión transformadora.
