Terapia kleiniana de casal com pacientes combativos e reativos
algumas reflexões sobre a teoria e a técnica

Conforme Aronson e Scharfman (1992) e outros cuja observação se faz relevante, os psicanalistas de hoje praticam muito mais a psicoterapia do que a psicanálise. Pessoalmente, acredito que o processo psicanalítico possa se manter e oferecer os mesmos benefícios, apesar da frequência, do diagnóstico e da duração das sessões. O objetivo permanece sendo o estabelecimento do contato analítico (WASKA, 2007; 2011a; 2011b). A realidade da prática psicanalítica hoje, no entanto, mostra que a maioria dos pacientes tem uma sessão por semana ou trabalha em casal (CAREY, 2002). Este artigo examinará a abordagem kleiniana no tratamento de casais e, mais especificamente, o clima instável e complicado existente na fase inicial dos trabalhos com casais turbulentos, caóticos e de difícil acesso. É comum que esses casos reativos e complicados sejam repentinamente interrompidos ou abortados. Assim, será apresentado um caso que culminou em um encerramento precoce, inesperado e negativo. Percebeu-se, no entanto, certo progresso ao longo do processo e foi possível estabelecer um contato analítico em momentos específicos antes que essa ligação se desgastasse e se perdesse por completo.
