Terapia kleiniana de casal com pacientes combativos e reativos: algumas reflexões sobre a teoria e a técnica

Resumen

Conforme a Aronson y Scharfman (1992) y otros cuya observación se hace relevante, los psicoanalistas de la actualidad practican mucho más la psicoterapia que el psicoanálisis. Personalmente, creo que el proceso psicoanalítico pueda mantenerse y ofrecer los mismos beneficios, a pesar de la frecuencia, del diagnóstico y de la duración de las sesiones. El objetivo permanece siendo el establecimiento del contacto analítico (WASKA, 2007; 2011a; 2011b). La realidad de la práctica psicoanalítica hoy, sin embargo, muestra que la mayoría de los pacientes tiene una sesión por semana o trabaja en pareja (CAREY, 2002). Este artículo examinará el acercamiento kleiniano en el tratamiento de parejas y, más específicamente, el ambiente inestable y complicado que existe en la etapa inicial de parejas turbulentas, caóticas y de difícil acceso. Es común que esos casos reactivos y complicados sean repentinamente interrumpidos o abortados. Así, se presentará un caso que culminó en un término precoz, inesperado y negativo. Se percibió, sin embargo, cierto progreso a lo largo del proceso y fue posible establecer un contacto analítico en momentos específicos antes que esa conexión se desgastara y perdiera por completo.
