Duo to early failures in the development and structuring of the ego, related to intensely experienced traumas, we present a clinical case of twins brothers: Joaquin e Pedro. The twins arrived for psychotherapeutic care because of their own adoption process, as well as their aggressive and anti-social behaviors. The theoretical reference is based on the analysis of Winnicott’s ideas about deprivation and delinquency, also using the idea of Dorado Lisondo, and others. Through analytical effort it was evidenced that the abuses experienced in the early stages of childhood have significantly altered the brothers perception and their empathy for the world, both strongly need to reorganize their psychic structures through strict and safe environment, that way creating psychic apparatus capable of thinking the thoughts as well as feeling the feelings.
