This paper offers some thoughts on the research concerning the Atendimento Solidário developed by the Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de Porto Alegre (SBPdePA) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study points out the importance and the necessity of these spaces and also of the specificity of a psychoanalytic listening for the individual and social suffering as health promotion. Inspired by the Free Clinics proposed by Freud in 1918, SBPdePA built, in April 2020, a synergic network which turned restlessness, uncertainty and estrangement into a vibrant network which engenders care. During this year, 231 individuals sought online counseling and were assisted by 67 analysts and 12 supervising analysts.
